Create flexible content pillars
Choose durable themes while varying the reader problem, depth, format and point of view.

Content pillars are boundaries for useful thinking, not four headings you repeat forever. Each pillar should hold many questions across different stages of the reader's journey.
Put this into practice
- Base pillars on audience needs rather than platform formats.
- Include beginner, decision and implementation questions.
- Rotate stories, frameworks, examples and demonstrations.
- Track repeated messages so examples and hooks stay fresh.
- Retire pillars that no longer support the offer.
Define four pillars and write eight distinct questions beneath each before naming formats.
Start with a useful first version. Check what works, update what does not, and keep the experience clear for the person visiting your site.
